In May 2014 we opened our new Japanese restaurant. BOJOSAN Bar Udon. Udon is a traditional soup based on dashi (fish stock) and noodles with an added flavor of different varieties of meat or seaweed. Excellent choice of light meals for cold and altitude of Cusco. Udon is prepared using an ancient Japanese technique (kneading with hands and feet for a perfect texture of the noodle) Our open kitchen allows you to see how the restaurant is served Udon traditionally in a Japanese atmosphere with music; Welcome to Japan!
