About

Donde Walter was born from a family tradition with more than 40 years of history. It was customary for Don Walter to prepare wood-fired chickens for his family with his own recipe, low in seasoning and seasoned for many hours in craft beer. This family tradition was very well accepted and that is where the first Donde Walter restaurant was born.
